Château Haut-Brion Collaboration

Savor an exclusive, one-night collaboration of six paired courses with legendary winemaker Jean-Phillipe Delmas of the world-renowned Château Haut-Brion.

The historic winery represents six centuries of firsts—the first Estate to receive a review, to bottle on-premise, to modernize the aging process, to sell their goods overseas, and to receive the prestigious First Growth classification at the Convention of 1855. 

Delmas will spend the evening on the second floor of Boca sharing tales and pouring select vintages from Haut-Brion, La Mission Haut-Brion, La Clarté de Haut-Brion and Clarendelle. His pours will include the '93 La Mission Haut-Brion, a vintage that has slept undisturbed for 20 years in the cellar of the château and was featured during Domaine Clarence Dillon's famed 2010 collaboration dinner in Paris, and the '93 Haut-Brion.
 
Delmas will visit only three American cities this November to share these acclaimed vintages. His 2010 tour in the United States included collaborations with three-time Michelin star winner Chef Yannick Alléno, the legendary Chef Daniel Boulud and Chef Thomas Keller of the French Laundry, Per Se and more.
